  Electric Garage Door Repair

  Not great garage door repair

I contacted A1 for my roller shutter problem and Gary arrived promptly same day. After a quick look he confirmed that electric motor needs to be replaced. Gary returned same day and completed repair. Couple of days later, when I received my invoice I informed A1 that my roller door is still keep cutting when I try to close it and not functioning properly. I've been promised visit next week, but never heard back. I paid just over £552 for the repair, roller door still not functioning correctly and never heard back from them.

  Garage door repair

Gary installed our garage door several years ago. He did an excellent job. Recently I damaged the door and called him back. He turned out late in the afternoon and stayed late until the repair was complete. He was professional, thorough and friendly with it. The door is mended. I rate him very highly. If you need a job done well by a reliable contractor - he's your man.

  Garage door installation

Gary did a great job replacing our two old up-and-over garage doors (front and back) with new ones. The quote was very reasonable and the job was done so efficiently and professionally, with the work area left neat, clean and tidy. We are delighted with the smart new doors and are happy to recommend A1.

  Prompt response and very reasonable

I have used A1 Garage Doors and Services before and would not hesitate in recommending them. The lock on my garage door broke and my request for a call out was answered promptly. The lock was repaired quickly and the door is now much easier to open. The man from A1 Garage Doors was very pleasant and helpful. The call out very reasonable.
