Shed roof replacement

Genuine help and assistance
Bad tenants left my property in a bad way and I’ve been feeling lost. A & G Roofing came out this morning and offered genuine advice on the situation and I now feel hopeful on how to move forward with the repairs. Roof inspection
When we bought our house, the building survey picked up that the original part of the property had an unlined roof. Another company quoted us a lot of money to strip and recover the roof but when we got Mike from A & G Roofing round to get a second opinion, he took a thorough look inside the loft and around the perimeter of the house and told us that in his honest opinion that if it was his house he would not undertake the work as it would be a waste of money. Re-level guttering over bay window
Rainwater had been overflowing the guttering above our upstairs bay window due to the gutters not being level. Michael removed all the guttering, roof tiles and roof battens and fixed roof timbers which had sagged, and then replaced everything and fixed the gutters so that the rainwater now runs away as it should without overflowing. Finally a roofer I can trust
We have a 1960's semidetatched-house, pitched roof, leaking badly during heavy rain. We had 4 roofers provide quotes and Michael was the only roofer that took his time to view the roof, tiles, loft space etc. He left no stone unturned before he gave an honest opinion and quote. He also explained that due to the increased volume of rain now-days, the gully between the main roof and 1980's extension is not working 100% anymore. This is the type of roofer you want. I have been roofing for over 22 years I attended college in Kent and achieved my City and Guilds qualifications for roofing, which only a slight handful of roofers can say. I have been working for other companies since then ,so I thought it was time I started my own company. Flat roofing- Built up 3 layer systems which come with a full10 year guarantee. certified installer of Firestone Perma roof rubber system which comes with a 20 year manufacturers warranty and Firebreglass GRP roofing which has an approximate life span of 30 years +. All aspects of flat roofing are undertaken.
Tiled and slate roofs- There are a wide range of tiles and slates that can be supplied and fitted. we Do full strip and re-tile or re-slating service. Even down to the smallest job of re-pacing broken tiles or slates.
