Repair waste pipe between two properties
Miracles do happened at Christmas.  The job was difficult to do as the waste pipe is between two properties, they came and fixed it, would have no hesitate in recommending them to other clients. Very professional, nice to know there are decent people out their who will not take advantage and charge you a small fortune.

Replaced water inlet connection to washing machine
Paul responded very quickly to my phone call. He has worked for us before, clearing a blocked pipe and fitting a new kitchen tap. He has been very helpful with advice over the phone on more than one occasion. I have recommended him to a neighbour who was very pleased with his work, and have given his details to another friend. He is now very definitely 'our' plumber - thanks to Checkatrade.
