I completed an apprenticeship with my father-in-law to become a bricklayer as soon as I finished school. I have been running my business alone for about 10 years.
Some of my bigger achievements have been building 2crfm and the town hall in Christchurch.
From the feedback I have already had on the site, you can see how people view me and my work.
I am a hard worker, willing to go the extra mile to satisfy my customers. I am punctual and have been known to work weekends to get jobs finished on time. I rely on my reputation as I haven’t advertised my business properly until now.

Two storey extension and interior alterations.
Extremely pleased with the care taken to match our existing bricks/tiles which was important to us. Although the roof design was complicated, Alan and his team worked through these problems to build us an extension that we are very pleased with. Also built a lovely patio. Team were very trustworthy and tried to minimise the disruption to the rest of the house where possible.

Re pointing, repainting of soffit and lintel replacement, lead work.
The estimate Included re pointing the front of the house. However he only re pointed to above the first floor window. When I asked him why he had not done the gable, he became unpleasant and said he would had to have scaffolding for that so he would not be doing it. The estimate Included scaffolding. But this was erected for another part of the house.
