Replacement of radiator, repairs to leaking pipes, removal and re installation of radiator
Excellent workmanship, took great care in my house to avoid any damage, especially by leaks, when doing the repairs, recommended

Fix boiler
Identified and fixed issue quickly. No issues since. Worked well around our 3 children and came quickly which was appreciated as the weather turned cold just before the boiler stopped working.

Central heating upgrade and other plumbing for extension
Full heating system upgrade including unvented cylinder, and new underfloor heating zone. Plumbing for a new en-suite, kitchen and downstairs bathroom. Really friendly, and worked well around our 3 children.

Heating not working
I phoned AB Services to say I had jus come home from hospital and the heating was not working They came within 15 minutes and a new Motorised valve was fixed by a very efficient workman

Replaced faulty inlet control unit and TPRV on an unvented cylinder system.
Alan visited on the day of my call identifying the issue within five minutes, ordered the parts over the phone and returned the day after to fit. He maintained social distancing whilst he carried out the required work. I was particularly impressed by Alan's fault finding, resolution and professionalism. Alan is reliable and will set a time to attend to complete the work. I will be using Alan for all my future work requirements and plumbing needs.

Replacing a boiler whose expansion tank failed.
I phoned Alan early on the previous Thursday having found water running down the wall and flooding the garage. He was with us in less than an hour to isolate the boiler and then arranged to come the following Thursday to fit a new boiler. We were going away in holiday the day the boiler failed, but left a key with Alan, thus giving him access to the house. We came home last weekend to find a new boiler working wonderfully well. We are so grateful to him for his efforts. Would highly recommend him!
