    We asked Lee to come and look at the side of our Victorian terraced house which has a bow in the wall. He visited within a week and reassured us that the wall ties had been previously replaced and were in good condition. Lee and the team were friendly, polite, and punctual and offered us reassurance for free. I would not hesitate to use their services again in our next house.

  • Cavity wall tie survey

    My Homebuyer survey noted concern with horizontal cracking in the external brickwork, consistent with either cavity wall tie corrosion or corrosion of original window fixings accidentally left in situ. I contacted Ace Wall Ties and Lee responded same day with helpful advice over the phone and an offer to arrange access via the Agent and survey. A report promptly arrived by email reassuring me the wall ties were OK and it was left in window fittings causing only cosmetic damage, not structural. He provided a very fair quote to remove and repoint. So refreshing to receive this level of service.

    The scaffolding was set up the day before the team arrived. They started with sucking out the damp cavity wall insulation then repointed the south and west walls and fixed the cavity wall trays They arrived on time, were polite and kept us informed of progress and any problems. The work was dirty and done in driving rain so everywhere became filthy. But they tidied up every day and at the end cleaned up as much as they could. They did an excellent job, we would heartily recommend them

    First used Ace wall ties for helibars. Good advice and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. Subsequently decided to use them for cavity wall insulation removal. (Very exposed coastal location.) The following applies to both jobs. Did exactly what they said they would. Arrived on the appointed day and time and worked thoughtfully and efficiently. Polite and friendly workers, tidy and did a superb job! Recommended without hesitation. Would use again.

    These guys are superb. I spoke to Lee (the founder) as I’m selling my house and needed a survey urgently. Amazing - he arranged an appointment really quickly, he said his guys were great and they really were. Jason arrived early and he was just the nicest guy you could ever want working on your house, he tidied up all the way round and trimmed back plants for access. Seriously if you need anything done that these guys can do - go for them - they are superb! I would highly recommend - amazing!!

As a small family run business offering low overheads and what we believe to be unrivalled standards, we have the enviable reputation of being the major force in remedial wall tie strategies across the Sussex area.
We directly employ a fully trained staff and work force, we do not sub-contract.
Although the majority of our work is for the private sector specialising in domestic properties, we regularly undertake contracts for local authorities and councils, and are capable of larger contracts as required.
