Ace Wall Ties Ltd have been actively involved in cavity wall tie replacement since 1987.

As a small family run business offering low overheads and unrivalled standards, we have the enviable reputation of being the major force in remedial wall tie strategies across the Sussex area.

We directly employ a fully trained staff and work force, we do not sub-contract.

Although the majority of our work is for the private sector specialising in domestic properties, we regularly undertake contracts for local authorities and councils, and are capable of larger contracts as required.

Replace wall ties and air bricks. Clear cavity adjacent to the air bricks

I was only at the premises for a brief period of time when the work was carried out, but when I was there I was really impressed with the men on site. They were extremely helpful and took the time to explain things clearly to me. When they discovered the amount of rubble that was in the cavity was worse than anticipated, they took the trouble to remove two more existing bricks and replace them, without any extra charge. I also found Lee to be very courteous and helpful both before and after the work was done.
