Lock change
We contacted Ash(Acorn Locksmith) recently to gain access to our tenanted property where the tenant had moved out without handing over the keys. Ash responded to our request fast and was incredibly quick in attending the issue the same day. He charged us less than what he quoted as the lock was a different one other than what we expected, which was a pleasant surprise. He was willing to deliver the keys to our estate agent as per our request. His service was excellent. We are happy to recommend Ash to anyone seeking a locksmith service.

New lock and door adjustment
Very pleased and grateful to Acorn locksmiths, not only was he extremely professional and courteous he gave me great advice on how to maintain the door/locking system. His pricing was clear and very reasonable. Would 100% use again and recommend highly to all my friends and family.

Front door lock changed
Gave a fixed price over the phone for changing our door barrel due to snapping a key inside. Booked in and text an hour before arrival. Changed the barrel promptly and we then asked about the door being lifted as it was tough to shut. He lifted the door and lifted the mechanism too for no further charge. He even looked at our front door too to make that close better. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
