Two bathrooms and a shower room.
Leo Mortimer has done two bathrooms and a shower room for us.  I found his work is 100% and as a person he is completely trustworthy. He also employs a tiler who is very very good.

Vaillant boiler installed

I received three quotes and Advance was the cheapest. They are Vaillant recommended installers so I got an extra 2 years warranty bringing the total to 5 years. Glad I made the right choice as Leo was polite and efficient throughout the work.

To replace old boiler with new condenser boiler and check the whole heating/radiator system.

This was first of all a relief to meet Leo after I had another company send someone round to asses the work and give me a quote, which was by far to expensive, and left me confused by the time they had left. Leo came and assessed the work and explained the whole procedure to me step by step and the quote he sent me was MUCH less expensive than the other one. The work was carried out by just Leo (Instead of the other company saying that 3 people would need to do the work) in the same amount of time as they estimated. In fact less time. Leo was great to have around a busy household, was prompt and immaculate in tidying up and finishing off. Very happy now with fab new AND more economical boiler.

Attaching a unit to cold water feed to boiler to reduce 'water hammer' when taps turned off. Installation of extra radiator.

Leo seems very knowledgeable and experienced and confident in what he says and does- which is encouraging. Willing to take time explaining what's needed and why. Worked quickly and with no fuss and got both jobs done in a very reasonable amount of time. Took time to check that everything was working well and corrected a minor boiler problem and a leaking stop cock over and above expectation.

Fitted new shower and fixed washing machine

Very efficient, very quick turn around from calling Leo to responding to the Job. Got the job done immediately, also fixed another leak from washing machine.

Servicing our six year old condensing boiler

Leo rang me back straight away when I first enquired, turned up bang on time, got right on the job and explained what was going on with our boiler in plain language, which was reassuring. At last, after years of relying on unreliable friends of friends, I have someone trustworthy and efficient to get on the case next time something goes wrong!
