We always aim to achieve a same day/next day Service to washing machines, washer dryers, fridge freezers, cookers (NOT GAS), hobs, cooker hoods, dishwashers, tumble dryers, free-standing or integrated appliances and all makes and models are covered, our work is also backed up with a 12 month guarantee.

Repair of fridge freezer
Excellent service. Repaired my fridge freezer on the same day and didn't charge as much as other companies. Engineer was very polite and helpful and explained what was the problem.

Given tech info over the phone.
Spoke to Matt regarding a fault with my LG washing machine. Other "specialists" would not entertain it, yet Matt spoke me through the problem (over the phone) and his diagnosis was spot on. Machine now working a treat.

Within 2 hours of our telephone call, a very competent and friendly engineer had arrived, identified the problem and effected a repair at a very reasonable cost. Highly recommended.

Examine freezer that was noisy and no longer maintaining adequate freeze conditions for food storage.
Matt was punctual, polite and provided a good explanation of the problem. Matt recommended purchase of a new freezer due to the age of the failing unit (14 years) and the relative cost of repair.
