Fuse box tripping and fuse to be replaced in rather old cooker hood.
Both Chris and Roy were very friendly and courteous. The first problem was difficult to pinpoint, as we were uncertain whether it was the double socket at fault or the items plugged into this socket which had been causing the fuse box to trip because it was happening so erratically. The second problem was that the fuse in the cooker hood was awkward to get at. However, two days on we have a fuse box that hasn't tripped and a cooker hob with working lights and fan, so we are happy.
