Leaking toilet cistern.
A tricky fault to fix. I explained the problem and Warren Barnard ordered a spare part based on the photograph I took of the cistern, and then fitted it. He also fitted a new tap for the toilet, so that we could turn off the mains in the bathroom and avoid future similar leaks!
