Arcadia Heating & Plumbing Services Ltd is a small company run by its 2 working directors Warren Barnard & Gary Rose.

They met in 1987 whilst working for a mechanical & electrical company as heating & plumbing engineers, primarily working on local authority contracts for Hampshire County Council & Portsmouth City Council. They also undertook installation, reactive, servicing & maintenance work in residential homes, care homes, small commercial properties, public houses & hotels.

In 2001 Warren & Gary formed a partnership and a private limited company to provide a maintenance, installation & repairs service on heating & plumbing systems to the private & public sectors on domestic & non domestic properties.

Major heating failure - Theale Green School

Approx one third of heating went down at our school. Had to hire portable boiler, fuel tank etc. Fair amount of pipe work to be done to tap into existing services. Outstanding response from Arcadia worked well into the night, twice to get everything up and running. These are the guys you need when your back is against the wall.
