Overhaul entire roof surface, complete new guttering throughout.
Wow what a service. James picked up my email late on a Sunday afternoon and came straight round to look at the job. Next morning he went to supplier to get a price for me and phoned me whilst he was still in the shop! Once I gave him the go ahead he was back at mine by early afternoon and stayed till late two days in a row to get the job done. What a nice man, very tidy and courteous and customer oriented. If there's a thing James doesn't know about roofs or gutters ill eat my own hat. Brilliant job, so pleased with it, top quality materials used. He even managed to source some old tiles for my Victorian terrace so that I didn't end up with a mismatched roof. I'm happy to recommend him to anyone!

Re-build chimney stack.
James delivered on time and to the quoted price and to a very high standard. I can see why he now gets a consistent high score for his work. Would definitely recommend Artisan.

Installation of new guttering.
I have now used James on a number of occasions and on each occasion his work has been outstanding and he has delivered on time, within budget and to exemplary standards. This man will not let you down, is wholly trustworthy and provides excellent value for money. I wholeheartedly recommend him to any future potential customer/client.

New fascias.
To say I am pleased with the work James carried out on my house is an understatement. James' professionalism, honesty, courtesy reliability and quality. He was consistently high throughout the entire project. I would have no problem recommending him, as I have, to my friends, family and neighbors.

Replacement guttering.
This is the second time in recent months that I have used James Docherty after my delight with his first job. In outrageous freezing conditions he delivered what he promised in his customary committed and courteous manner. This man delivers what you ask for to an excellent standard, on time, with no fuss or unnecessary work and within budget. As before I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anybody.
