Annual service, didn't turn up with correct parts as per contract (batteries). Had to come back and after second visit system still not working due to battery issues. So on five occasions have to stay in when should have been completed on one. On service bell box rewired incorrectly after testing, not giving much confidence in the engineer.

It was with regret that these exceptional circumstances arose as the customer has been a long term satisfied customer who has been with us for several years. Our engineers are highly trained to NSI Gold standards and have continual training. The system is all up and running and no additional costs for re-visits were charged. In addition our Supervisor personally came out and met with the customer.
