Leak coming from toilet cistern.
I phoned after a serious leak where water was coming through the kitchen ceiling which was the last thing I needed that day. Someone was round within 30 minutes and the problem was diagnosed and fixed within 1 hour. I was most impressed, will use again and would recommend to others.

Boiler service.
Andy Breen was utterly excellent! He turned up on time (on really short notice) did a thorough examination of the boiler, vacuumed all mess as he went along, added a safety advice sticker about the location of the Emergency Control Value (good to have after 8 years in my home!) and left clear and concise paperwork for me. Andy was recommended to me by a friend/neighbour and I felt that he was 100% trustworthy. Thanks Andy!

Replacing a pump and ball valve.
The system that needed the parts was rather eccentrically put together and it was a slightly tricky job because space was tight. I wasted a couple of weeks with a different check-a-trade approved plumbing company who presented me with all the problems that the job entailed, no real solutions and suggested I replace the entire system! BHL came in, took one look at it, found the solution and finished the job that day for a reasonable price. They also quoted for the complete job rather than an hourly rate so I knew what I could expect to pay. I will be using them again!

Extension of mains water from kitchen to garage.
The guys from BHL were able to quote very quickly from an initial phone call. On the day of the job they worked very quickly and professionally, keeping us informed along the way. All cutting hole, fitting and pipework as far as I can see is of top quality. I asked for a slight alteration to the height of a waste pipe as they were leaving and they kindly adjusted for me there and then. I can thoroughly recommend them.

Installation of new boiler.
