Simon and Richard (Joint company owners) BBM ltd, have 35 years + joint experience in the building maintenance industry, they are both qualified to City and Guilds and NVQ standards, and also have locksmith training, registered to a recognised association.
4 Years ago Simon and Richard both decided to take the plunge into starting up this now very successful Becheley (BBM ltd) Building Maintenance business after many years of loyal service to a local building maintenance company and appointed their father as a Director. With great support from their family and friends they are enjoying the success and customer service they've now built within the local area. They pride themselves very much on their high standard of work and unquestionable reliability to all their clients, they pride themselves on accurate estimates and also completing jobs within targets causing as little disruption to the client as possible.
Simon and Richard, are both very polite and good natured, they have lived in the area all their lives and have a good knowledge of the area and surroundings, and still live locally. As you can see they and their workforce have a very broad range of skills and can effectively turn their hands to almost anything in the building maintenance industry, or have a connection in the trade to call on if required, and even in the short time since they started the middle of January 2007 they already have many satisfied customers and very good feedback.

New guttering, replace bathroom extractor fans, put spotlights in and skim ceilings
This was the 3rd time I used BBM to carry out work on my property. Their work is always of a high standard, they are genuine and trustworthy and I have no problems in leaving them with a key to my house while at work. Following completion of the work there were a couple of very minor problems with 1 part of the guttering and extractor fan cap, they came back the next day to fix the problems and all fine. Would definitely recommend to others.

Fencing, new gates and very large patio

Knocked two rooms into one to create large Kitchen Breakfast room, fit new kitchen, back door/window and Bi-fold doors. Install new underfloor heating and tile throughout. Fit out new cloakroom.
As novices to building work Richard and Simon were patient and understanding. They gave us a lot of good advice and helped us with the planning etc. Their work was excellent and they always cleaned up after themselves before they left the site. Happy to suggest ideas but always did what we wanted in the end. Their team was an extremely happy group who all worked well together and even serenaded us as they knocked the wall down! We are delighted with the finished results and are saving for our next project. We will definitely use Becheley Building and Maintenance again.

Replacement double glazed windows and doors
The work carried out was done to a very high standard and the quality of the windows are super. We wanted to match the colour of our original windows which were a very dark brown. Becheley were able to do this for us as not many double glazing firms were able to offer this colour. We are very impressed with the finish, the windows and doors look amazing and we have had so many comments. Both Simon and Richard were professional at all times, answered any questions or concerns we had and we would not hesitate to recommend them at any time.

Replaced 14 internal doors.
This was the second time we have used BBM for work on our house. Simon replaced all our internal doors with beautiful oak veneer doors. My husband and I were very please with the work and would recommend Simon and Richard to others. We really wanted the same style doors between our lounge and diner but the manufacturer didn't make the doors in the size that we needed, but Simon managed to convert the larger sized door into a size that would fit by more or less rebuilding the doors.They look fab !
