  Excellent workmanship

  I cannot rate this company high enough. Iain is just the ultimate professional excellent interpersonal skills and outstanding communication his workmanship is perfect he has great ideas and with our kitchen redesigned it and fitted it to a very high standard. We cannot fault any of his work Iain has previously built an extension for us which again was first class we always knew what was the plan for the day he was always on time and the neighbours commented on his tidiness and his friendly he was. Adam worked with him for a day and again he was just like Iain couldn’t fault him both lovely.

  First class work with a friendly attitude.

  Iain & Adam arrived on time. The work was to replace the oak support posts for a porch. The porch was very well supported whilst the work was carried out. Any deviations to the original work were agreed through me and the work was finished in record time. The site was left clean and tidy and Iain and his assistant were very polite and friendly. I will use Birchmore Building Services again for a future project.

  This year Birchmore have completed 2 jobs - stabilising and renewing the front porch pillars, and recently erecting a new panel fence with concrete posts along a boundary behind mature shrubs. Both tasks were completed within the quoted time and cost. I am very pleased with the results. Iain worked quietly, was courteous, explaining each step as necessary. The bonus - he oversaw the delivery of materials and kept everything neat and tidy, clearing the site when finished.

  Extension and internal reconfiguration

  I was so impressed with the work that Birchmore building services carried out on our house. Iain is an amazing builder he’s really experienced, annd knows exactly what he’s doing. The communication was excellent from start to finish and all of the work was carried out to an extremely high standard. He was extremely organised, with all relevant tradesmen booked in advance. Everything was left immaculate every day and all the work was on schedule. I highly recommend their work.
