Poor water flow from taps and newish boiler

Was very embarrassing as he just had to turn the mains tap on further! We both laughed about it, but he was also very gentle so didn't feel such a fool!!! And he charged reduced rate for the call out- just his time. Came the day after we called him, at the arranged time. Perfect service and we will DEFINITELY use him again and recommend to friends. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!
