  Redecorated master bedroom and en suite bathroom.

  This was the second time that we've employed this company and we have been delighted on both occasions. He is a perfectionist of the old school and did a great job. Also after the earlier work he done for us we felt comfortable to give him a key to the house so that he could do most of the work while we were away for a few days.

  Two rooms completed but let down on the third job.

  Keith completed 2 bedrooms, incorporating wallpapering, coving, filling, painting walls and some woodwork. He overcame some filling difficulties and helped to fix a curtain rail. I was happy with his work; he was punctual and tidy. For the third job, he sent an estimate and said he could start the following week. I accepted his estimate but asked if he could include a task offered at the end of the second job. The day after, he emailed to say he couldn't do my job. No explanation, no reasons given, then ignored my attempts to get in touch. I felt very let down. This is no way to treat a customer.

  She failed to mention that in her acceptance of my quote she asked if l could include painting her bedroom walls again, that was not what l quoted for or in my price, just the lounge .So l replied back to saying no to the job. She then wanted to discuss the job but as far as l was concerned, it was not up for discussion. She wanted more work done for her money. Back in January the last bedroom l done, I changed the colour for her, she did not like the colour but l did this for nothing at no extra charge to the customer, when l finished the job I asked her if she could she do feedback for me but she made a remark 'l do not do feedback for work' Here we are she made feedback to complain about me because i refused to the job.

  Redecorating hall stairs and landing

  The work involved repainting ceilings, walls and woodwork, and was carried out smoothly and efficiently. Keith Bowers, the decorator, arrived very promptly to view the job and provided a quote in good time. He was able to start within a couple of weeks of accepting the quote, and was very organised, completing the work in the indicated timescale. We were particularly impressed by the fact that he worked solidly through the day and cleaned up regularly as he went along. We have already asked him to quote for additional work.

  Redecorating kitchen, utility room and breakfast room

  Keith completed a high quality redecoration of our kitchen and associated spaces in very professional and timely manner. He was very reliable and tidy throughout and we are delighted with the result. We will use him again and would highly recommend.

  Interior decorating

  It was a long job of about 4 weeks decorating almost our entire downstairs so we were appreciative that Keith did not have any interruptions of other jobs. He did great decorating work, including all ceilings and woodwork. Keith was courteous and a good communicator too. He was also happy to do the extra bits without any complaint and we would be more than happy to recommend him.
