Replacing tiles which were letting moisture into a conservatory extension
I had difficulty emailing Tony ( my end not his) so we communicated via WhatsApp. He came round and quoted quickly and then kept me up to date regularly. He was courteous and friendly. His team were great and left the place very tidy every night . The Job was completed quickly and efficiently. The scaffolder broke a small window pane and Tony gave me a large discount for the inconvenience. Did not show to do work
I had a written quote which I accepted in September 2020 but after many exchanges of emails since then and promises of completing my work "next week" they have failed to turn up or give explanation. Roofing and Repointing
Tony is an excellent tradesman. We have had ongoing issues with our roof and pointing and some very poor repairs in the past. Tony was incredibly reliable, helpful and professional.
