  Great Job Installing Electric Radiators

  Electrician was needed to intall 3 new electric radiators. Chad visited my flat previously to take a look at the space and take details for the quote. Martin then came out to install the radiators and everything went flawlessly. Martin turned up on the day when he said he would, finished when he said he would, and the job was done fully and without any mess to clean up. He even took away the existing radiators that were being replaced.

  Garden Lighting

  PoE conversion for smart doorbells, floodlight replacement and bathroom fan

  Paid £390 for the work, where the PoE conversion element failed within 3 days. The trader assessed the existing cable beforehand and deemed it suitable. When it failed, they inspected it but refused to fix it under warranty, instead quoting £144 for a new cable run. However, an independent electrician assessed the work and cable and identified the remaining 2 cores were functional, proving their faulty workmanship. The real issue was exposed, unweatherproofed twisted wiring cores, alongside a mess left from drilling brickwork and cabinets. Substandard aftercare. Do not recommend.

  We have nearly 500 reviews, mainly at 10 out of 10 Which speaks for itself. All of our clients will know the service we strive to provide and our 10 out of 10 aftercare. We provided this client with a WRITTEN quote stating the work to be complete and what is NOT covered within our price. A fault was identified to the customers EXISTING wiring which is not covered under any warranty as this is an unforeseen issue. This customer has consistently twisted the truth in an attempt to rectify further work for free even asking Checkatrade to cover which they have declined. We have written evidence.

  House Rewiring

  Excellent service, I recommend this company

  Excellent service all round. Not only did they re-wire the whole of my my lighting "plus some extras" (3 bedroomed house) but offered clever solutions to some obstacles. Very polite and helpful. Cleaned up the inevitable mess each time they came. Cannot praise them highly enough.

  Electric Sockets

  Various electrical jobs (replacing sockets, installing smart thermostat and bathroom fan)

  Chad responded to my request quickly with a clear guide of how long he expected to need, and came out to do the job shortly after. He was efficient with all the work, kept me informed throughout and gave some tips of things to look out for in future. Overall a great experience and I will definitely use Brightspace in the future. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a quality and reliable electrician in the area.
