Door entry system

Relocate PIR movement detector and service existing alarm system replacing any necessary parts.
The job required 2 visits, the first to assess the relocation of the PIR movement sensor and the second to carry out the work at the appropriate time in the building programme. The engineer came on time and did an excellent job.

Upgrade burglar alarm system from analogue to digital
We have been with Brook Security for 20+ years and have always found them to be very helpful and knowledgeable. Recently, we have installed CCTV and last week, we upgraded our burglar alarm system from analogue to digital. The latest job was carried out by engineer Ben who was very meticulous in his work, nothing was rushed, everything was explained fully, solutions offered, great care was taken to clear up any mess and shoes removed every time he entered the house as the weather was inclement outside. He worked through the wind, sleet and rain, with a smile on his face! Definitely recommended

Full security and CCTV system plus phone setting
Great job, from initial design to finish. The engineer had excellent knowledge of the phone application and the CCTV viewing software. The system is now fully operational would recommend Brook to anyone.

To resurrect and maintain a domestic alarm system that had been dormant for nearly fifteen years.
Brook Security handled the reinstatement of a defunct security system in my dying step-brother's home with aplomb, despite the complications of the fact we have different surnames and no formal Lasting Power of Attorney. The technical capability of the engineers is beyond question and the cost well within the range expected. I have no qualms about heartily recommending Brook.
