Single storey extension
Reliable,good trustworthy ,knowledgeable builders ! Stuck to there word and price ,have a great team of tradesmen ,my wife and I over the moon with Our extension! All completed start to finish in 10 weeks ,on site every day not flick flacking between jobs I can definitely recommend

Extension to the rear of the property.
We required an extension to the rear of our property to create a Kitchen/Diner and C and S Construction provided a service to create that for us. Throughout the build, the years of expertise and knowledge showed to overcome unforeseen problems and provide a service and finished product that exceeded our expectations. Communication was fantastic throughout and gave a high level of confidence even with half our house open to the elements! Would recommend to anyone.

Very large extension
I have never been involved in any type of buildings work before, so building an extension where my house has increased from 1100 sq feet to 3000 sq feet was really quite daunting. The price was very competitive and they said the build would be completed in around 4 months, much less than others stated. It was done on time and within budget. Throughout the build I had total confidence in them, even when most of my house was missing and massive beams going over the house!! It looks absolutely amazing. I couldn’t be more pleased. I would thoroughly recommend. Don’t use anyone else, use C&S.

Very reliable, friendly, adaptable and positive guys. Arranged for specialist sub contractors as required. Would thoroughly recommend them. Fully committed to the project from start to finish.

Remove conservatories, build and extend

I now have a beautiful kitchen and dining area. Other tradesmen came in and did an excellent work with C and S construction overseeing the work .
