Drainage for 2 new build houses.
Unfortunately C P Kinch Ltd made a complete mess of the work that they did at my development for two new build houses. The drainage that they installed had to be ripped out and completely redone. They had missed several pipes so they weren’t connected at all. Drainage was installed without a fall so everything was flowing backwards. Pipes were badly propped up on bricks and builders waste instead of being properly dug in. Additional costs were incurred to hire someone to test the drains to find all of the numerous issues and to then redo all of the work. Complete bodge job.

This customer asked us to come onto the site after he got rid of the previous ground works company. As in his words they where useless and had not done things correctly, so as you can see there seems to be a bit of a pattern here. I feel his behaviour in writing this review is just to cause trouble and is very unprofessional and we are not prepared to get into he said/she said childish argument's However we have been trading for 32 years, a Checkatrade member for over 5years and this is our first negative review. So we will leave it there and let future clients make there own conclusions Many thanks

Break out existing crossover and relay new tarmac to match new driveway and allow vehicle access
The team were very efficient, clean and courteous. Will definitely recommend and be using on our developments in the future. To see Colin a management member on the tools, you know the job will always be done right. A nice family setup this business has.
