    Replaced a front door lock mechanism after an attempt to repair the original ( broken key)

    Came within 30 mins. Of call and completed with efficiency .

    Locked out due to faulty gear box

    This wonderful gent is now my go to for any Lock issues. He fixed out front door in our old flat about 2 or so years ago and more recently when we moved, sorted a lock and key issue. A few weeks later, I’m stuck at the front door and it won’t budge though the lock is off. I called him and within 20 mins he was here and got me in - this time a gear box problem but he explained everything and was amazing about it. He even made sure I was safely locked in before he left. A true gent and 100% recommended!

    Unable to gain entry to house as front door dead lock jammed and key opening useless

    Situation assessed by operator using a mirror on a stem, a remote tool with many angles. Worked through the letter box and opened the door. He stated his experience as part of a RN bomb disposal unit, helped!!
