All our engineers are Gas Safe Registered and trained to the highest standards, our installation team have been trained with Worcester Bosch and are able to offer you a 5 Year Warranty on all new Worcester Bosch boiler installations.

Please check all information given to you I found it to be unreliable . Do not allow yourself to be talked into unnecessary repairs that I have found expensive.

We attended the property to find the boiler in pieces, we felt as a company that we would not want to carry out the works, non-Gas Safe Registered people should not be carrying out any works on gas appliances. We therefore suggested to customer to contact the manufacturers direct for them to check all the working of the boiler in detail.We advised the customer from the information supplied to us that it could possibly be a gas valve, but without carrying out the correct check we could not be 100% accurate on this and this was relayed to the customer.Gas safe advised us that he had contravened Regulation 26, section 9 of the Gas Safe Regulations and Health and Safety executive’s regulations.Gas Safe were happy with our decision not to carry out any works.

Fitting a new boiler which had been wrongly fitted by a non gas safe fitter who said he was gas safe.

Fixing timer on the boiler.

Carshalton Boiler came after call out to fix timer on boiler, charged £90.00 and did not fix it, said that they would have to order the part and charge me more money to return. I ended up doing the job myself which was as easy as fitting a light bulb but ended up financially worse off.

The information provided to us to be able to pre order the timer was unfortunately insufficient. The customer was made aware of our pricing structure and that it could be necessary to order the timer. Our engineer visited site with the most common timers but the defective timer was not a part the engineer had on board. As this was our first visit to the property we did not have details on our system to assist us with the required part.

Solved problem with cold radiators

Requested visit to give estimate for new radiators. When gentleman arrived he advised problem was actually air lock in pump and solved while on site. I had originally thought this was a problem but my input was ignored by other company who stated it was blocked radiators or feed pipe. Very nice gentleman visited, on time, extremely helpful. Would most certainly recommend Carshalton Boilers and will definitely use again.
