Gas Safety check

Boiler and meter were checked, there was a query about the boiler which he looked into with the manufacturer whilst in the property to make sure everything was in order before completing the checks and issuing the certificate.

Mark had done a few jobs for me and is always helpful and hardworking. He is efficient, never overcharges and is honest about what work needs doing. I would definitely recommend him.

Replacement of faulty kitchen tapset; plus added two isolation valves

Mark provided an excellent service from start to finish and I would have no hesitation in recommending him. He was punctual, polite, tidy and flexible and he was clearly both very knowledgeable and techically competent. On top of this, he priced his work very reasonably. Two other points I would like to mention: completely of his own accord, and at no additional cost, Mark added an isolation valve to each of my kitchen sink's hot and cold water supply pipes so that, should any additonal work be needed to the taps/pipes, the next plumber will not need to turn the water off at the mains as Mark had to. And secondly, Mark even kindly agreed to drive me down to a local tap supplier so that I could be sure that I would buy a tapset that would fit our (old) sink. The next time I need a plumber, I will certainly be calling Mark.
