  Five stars plumbing job.

  Martin came to install a water softener in our kitchen 7 weeks ago. I was very impressed by his neat plumbing, his efficiency, time keeping. He is a very skilled plumber, he also replaced my old outdoor tap and left the entire area where he worked as tidy as he found it. I found Martin being approachable, polite and friendly. He took the time to explain the benefit of soft water in the home. I am delighted with the advice and service received. Highly recommend.

  Great Service

  Martin carried out an excellent job installing our new water softener. From the initial quote to the final tidy-up, everything was handled professionally and to a very high standard. He arrived exactly on time, explained the process clearly, and was extremely thorough. There were several unforeseen issues that cropped up during the installation (including some unexpected plumbing complications), but Martin dealt with them all calmly, efficiently, and without any extra fuss or unnecessary cost. His expertise really shone through.

  Decent, honest and professional

  Martin did a brilliant job in terms of turning up on time, outlining the options for the water softener and then fitting and cleaning up afterwards. He’d fitted one for me over ten years ago. Highly personable and professional. I’ve recommended him to a couple of other people. Top bloke.

  Martin came quickly to thoroughly inspect what needed to be done, and advised clearly and concisely, based on his vast experience. He provided water softener options and brochures and left us to peruse these to satisfy our own needs and requirements. Once decided, Martin quickly set about sourcing the appliance and arranging a date for installation. On the day itself, it was executed precisely, timely, effectively, cleanly, and professionally in a communicative and engaging manner. We are very happy.   Water softener installed in our new house. Martin was very professional and carried the work out quickly and to high standard (even with unforseen pipework challenges). He provided a lot of advice. Would recommend if you are interested in a softener.

  Excellent workmanship coupled with logical organisation and courtesy.

  Martin did an excellent job. He explained exactly what he would do when he gave me a quote, turned up exactly on time to install the new water softener and was untroubled by minor difficulties in removing the old unit. He rerouted the plumbing for easier access, working meticulously throughout. He was courteous, very ready to explain things when I had questions and, in short, a pleasure to have working in my house. Despite the job being perhaps trickier than he had expected, he held to the original quote. I would thoroughly recommend him to anyone.
