General internal updating to property and wall removal
I recently moved to the South Croydon area and two of my new neighbours recommend CopperOak (Joel and his team). When I first contacted CopperOak I spoke to Joel, who was extremely helpful and polite. We arranged a suitable time to meet to go over the work required and received the estimate quickly. CopperOak was one of 3 quotes I received for the work and was competitive in comparison. The work required was specifically in the kitchen and dining area (before the kitchen installation began). The work carried out was as follows:
Remove separating stud wall to make the kitchen open plan
Remove existing back door and replace with window. Brick up external/internally (below the new window). Install new electrics, install spot lights. Plaster ceiling and walls. Along with removing the stud wall all surface mounted pipe work, electrics and radiator needed to be relocated. Would I recommend CopperOak? Yes. The work CopperOak carried out was of a very high quality and was completed in less time than that quoted. I would certainly recommend CopperOak to anyone. I will certainly be enlisting their help in future works on my property. CopperOak’s attention to detail was very good. For example Joel managed to locate the exact match for the bricks on the property which I know was no easy task.

Pipework done outside and decorating done inside
We had damp problems in our small conservatory. Joel came and examined the problem and suggested re-routing the pipework so that water did not land on our conservatory roof. He did the job for us and took down all the existing wallpaper (which had suffered from the damp). The room was then left to dry out before it was re-papered and painted.

Replace bath tap/shower mixer and unblock bathroom sink.
Joel came and viewed the work on the same day I rang him, and fitted us in within a week when I asked if it could be done urgently before my new tenant moved in. The whole process was very smooth and Joel was extremely polite and professional in all aspects of the work. I will definitely be calling him again when I have any further work to be done.

New bathroom fitted
There was a lot of work involved because we were having a new shower fitted as well as all new appliances, tiles, flooring etc. The work was done to a very high standard and dust sheets fitted every day to keep the dust to a minimum. The men were extremely polite and hard working and always arrived on time. A skip was arranged for all the rubbish and taken away immediately the job was finished. We are extremely pleased with the result and would certainly recommend this Company.

Fit new stairs and build a cupboard underneath
Excellent quote for works and were able to fit us in relatively quickly. We are very happy with the standard of work, how quickly it all came together and good value for money. The carpenter was not only good but also tidied up after himself each day. I felt safe to leave the guys in the house unattended whilst they did the works, which was a bonus for us as meant we didn't need to take a day off work. I will be recommending them to friends and family and will also be using them in the future for other works that we need.

Refit of bath and basin.
We had Copperoak replace our bath and basin, the job was done well within the time allocated and noise and mess were kept to an absolute minimum. They were very polite, pleasant and professional and I would certainly recommend them again.
