Craig troubleshooted an issue with our shower tap.  It kept going from hot to cold and back again.  Issue resolved by replacing the unit as it was beyond economical repair.  Craig arrived on time and we were grateful he was able to fit us in quickly.

We've been a customer of Craig's before and he's always been very helpful and done great work for us.  Am moving into a new property in another county.  Given that many heating systems where we are moving to are not connected to mains gas we felt needed some expert advice so thought of Craig.  He gave us very helpful advice about underfloor heating and what work would be involved.  Even sent me loads of photos to explain.

Craig is exceptional and one who I would recommend to others.  Came to quote on work and fitted time in to install cooker hood - no job too big or small!!

Craig was really helpful, finding the cause of the problems straight away, the shower he was able to fix within an hour after it was leaking through the ceiling so we were very relieved by this speedy fix, and the washing machine needed a part replacing which he sourced and replaced asap.  Will definitely be using Craig for any plumbing problems we have in the future :)

Craig managed to help us on his first visit by dismantling the old shower to take photos to see if could obtain replacement parts.  Also fitted new isolation valves which allowed us to use shower whilst waiting for the parts.  Craig kept us informed whilst waiting for the parts.  The shower was repaired even though there was additional unexpected work.  Craig went out of his way to get the job completed.  Would not hesitate to recommend his services.
