    End of tenancy clean

    Martyna from Crystal Property Cleaning promptly set up a house visit to give me a quote. While the quote was a bit higher than what the other vendors offered, her detailed communication and promptness nudged me to go with their company. I’m glad I did. They did a wonderful job in cleaning the property. The bathroom and kitchen fittings looked like new after they were done. They even cleaned the windows from the outside. The landlord refunded the whole deposit without a fuss.

    We have asked for a check out cleaning and Beata and her colleagues did an amazing job. The landlord was happy and we couldn’t feel the 6 years spent there. Martyna is really available at any time and despite the short notice she was able to find us a space to be able to make the cleaning on time. Overall we were happy with the job done but also the service from the beginning to the end and all the in between communication. Thank you very much for the smooth process.
