As a property manager I use DB whenever pest control is needed.

Pigeons roosting on drainpipes
We had pigeons roosting on drainpipes on our house, causing mess underneath. David responded quickly to our initial call and the work was carried out within a few days, installing spikes and boxes to deter the birds.
