Fixing drip in pipe under kitchen sink.
Called to fix leak under kitchen sink. After missed calls and messages on both ends, Carl came later than previously arranged and fixed what he thought was a leak. He told me if still leaking he'd come back to look again. Still leaking, so Carl and Desi came back two days later for another look and fixed a different pipe. Problem solved but I was charged again for a second call as, in their view, it was a different leak. In my view, this was the problem I called them for in the first place. Polite and curteuous at all times but charged twice in my view.

We are now trying to get hold of the client, to arrange a full refund for the second visit, we work hard to build our reputation, and the last thing we want is unhappy customers. We hope we are able to resolve this as soon as possible. With regards to the time keeping we can only apologise for being late however, we can get held up but will always try to keep where possible to arranged times. And again would like to apologise for any difficulties this may have caused.
