Re-rendering of parapet and leadwork done to sloping roof.
This was efficiently done. David Gould recommended the treatment needed to solve the damp coming in to the house after render had started to break-up. I thought his pricing was fair, he came with a good recommendation, which was upheld by nice workmanship. I'm very pleased with the result.

Porch roof replaced after being damaged by thieves.
They arrived on time and commenced work immediately. An excellent job done very quickly and efficiently. An explanation was given to us on what would be done and more work commenced.

Roof repairs, re pointing of ridge tiles, new flashing to cheeks of dormer and replacement of a tile and guttering.
Prompt visit following initial enquiry and detailed quotation submitted. Works were delayed due to bad weather but I was informed that they would not be attending on the original date. Never actually met them on site as I was at work but the works were carried out within the time scales and for the agreed price. Work area left clean and tidy at the end of their works the only reason I marked them down for tidiness was that the scaffolding did not sweep up the debris that came off the scaffold when it was struck. Would recommend them.

Garage felt flat roof replaced.
Although I completed a card and sent it to Checkatrade. I have not seen any thing published regarding this job. Hopefully these comments will not be overlooked. This company is very worthy of the highest praise. David Gould and his two craftsmen were as perfect as anyone could wish and I would not hesitate to recommend the company to anyone.

Flashing and waterproof coat to small flat roof plus realigning guttering and fitting an additional downpipe plus minor adjustments to a few tiles.
David Gould and Jake are friendly, efficient and thorough and have a thoughtful/caring approach to their work and their customers. David gives sound advice. We had a slight problem with rainwater dripping down the outside of our window last week and David and Jake have come over today and fixed it. We would definitely recommend this company and in fact we were recommended them by friends of ours! The only reason we haven't given them a higher score for reliability/time keeping is that David was a bit late for the initial consultation and about twenty minutes late on the day they did the work here.
