D.T. Building Services was formed by myself in 2005. I learnt the trade from my father who has over 40 years experience in the industry. Through his knowledge I have gained over 15 years experience in all aspects of building. My aim is to provide a service that both the client and myself are completely happy with. We will not leave a job until both parties are happy. Be it a large extension, new kitchen or bathroom or even something as small as fixing a leaky tap, our aim is always the same. To take pride in the job at all time.

Reputable builder in all aspects of extensions and refurbishments. Have worked with Dean Thomas on number of occasions and cannot fault in any way, very reliable.

Installed bathroom.
Fitted my bathroom (new suite), first class service. Started when stated on estimate and was polite and tidy, well pleased - nice job. We know of them as being a reputable company.

Workmanship very good, clean and tidy when they left site. Time and costs were as expected. Tried their best to satisfy customer expectations and made suggestions to how a better design could be achieved. I would be happy to recommend this company.

Knock down wall, remove toilet and sink, lay patio

I would like to leave positive feedback as the job that Dave and Dean did was excellent. They were hard working, courteous, fine time management and knowledgeable about any issues that cropped up. We asked for a few extra jobs to be done, and they were easily accommodating to do the work. They are a great partnership, and like to have a bit of banter with you as well, which is very endearing and adds value to the physical work that they do. I would have no hesitation recommending them to family and friends, or using them again for more work. In fact, I asked for quotes for further work we want done later down the line. Thank you very much Dave and Dean.

Extension over garage (including ensuite), bathroom and cloakroom, new drive and staircase

Dave, Dean and Carol were always punctual and reliable and worked with us to agree the details of the work. They were quick and the work was completed to a high standard. The cost was very competitive and we would thoroughly recommend them. Thanks!

Building a utility room extension + toilet

They worked hard, were tidy and quick. Very accommodating when unexpectedly plans changed. Very helpful and considerate. We are pleased with the quality of the work and would definitely recommend them.

Refurbishment of house and garden

The work involved a complete rewire, replacement of the central heating, new stud wall and door and a complete refurbishment of the bathroom in a three bedroom house. The existing garden was demolished and relandscaped. Dean and Dave, and the rest of the family, are very pleasant and deliver work of good quality at a good price. They worked quickly and continuously, completing the job ahead of schedule. They managed the job with their subcontractors, Quantro and Blue Flame, who also did very good work, very well. I don't think you get 100% from builders, but I'm well satisfied with the result.

Re-building stud wall between garage and house.

Worked efficiently and tidily and did an excellent job. I was very pleased how he removed the fire door and repaired.
