David has been building in the UK since 2007, but he brings 28 years of experience to every job he does. David has experience in a wide range of areas within the building industry, from joinery workshops to three story residential and commercial buildings

David Ingram Builder will give 100% to any project, whether it's outside for decks, fences, children's play areas, barbecue areas, patios and pergolas or inside for full or part refurbishments, laminate or engineered flooring, bespoke cupboards and shelf units, loft conversions, kitchens, access and space creation.

Fantastic service and quality workmanship from start to finish at a fair and competitive price.  Very reliable, clean and tidy and a good at communicating progress. Demolition and Rebuilding of existing extension

David was extremely professional and did a brilliant job exactly as we asked for, and at the price quoted. He even changed the windows and door when we didn't like the original ones without any hesitation, even though this took him a bit longer and stopped him getting to his next job. Thank you David. Built staircase to loft, and boarded the loft

Dave is an amazing carpenter, and went beyond the call of duty in this job. Just as important, he is a really nice guy, and very trustworthy. We fully recommend him. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He was a quiet and polite worker, and we enjoyed having him around. The work he did was first class.

Various jobs inside and outside of our property

David performed a variety of jobs in our home - including the building of various cupboards, laying several areas of paving slabs, laying new flooring and fitting new internal doors throughout. From the outset, he kept us fully informed in relation to materials and the order in which the works would be performed. What's more, he was willing to adapt and amend the order of work in order to deal with our questions and changes that we requested (away from the original specifications). He's hardworking and trustworthy and we felt happy to leave him in our house when we were not there. The job took slightly longer than anticipated, but David kept us updated throughout, and the work was finished to a high standard, which made the wait worthwhile. In addition, David was also amongst the most competitive of the numerous quotes we received. That, coupled with the fact that from the outset we were assured that he fully understood our requirements and that he is a genuinely nice guy, meant that he was an obvious choice for us.

We'd highly recommend Dave. He did a fantastic job with our built in cupboards and at a really competitive price. He tailored the inside of the cupboards to our requirements and delivered to a very high standard. He was very professional, efficient and friendly. He gave us confidence from the start and delivered as promised. The wife is very happy.

Knocked down a wall, added a up porting be am, bespoke wardrobes, balustrade

Dave is not just a great guy but is reliable and fast worker. He did an excellent job and was able to fit around our schedule with kids and holidays and other needs. His work was very professional and accurate. We are thrilled with every aspect of his work.

Installation of Decking and Frame in Rear Garden

Knocked together living and dining room and swapped over the functions of both rooms. Structural work including the removal of a chimney breast and installing 2 RSJs. Also, installed 2 sets of French doors, new kitchen and engineered oak floor. Lastly, coordinated all the other trades including electrician, plumber and plasterer.

I can't recommend Dave Ingram highly enough. He arrives when he says he will (all my neighbours were very impressed seeing the van arrive at 8am every morning), works very hard and to a very high standard, and all the sub-contractors he uses are chosen for having the same traits. Dave is highly skilled and a great communicator and the project flowed very smoothly and was remarkably stress-free because of this. Dave has transformed our hideous kitchen and pokey dining room into a calm, serene and beautifully flowing space that the whole family can enjoy.

Knockout internal walls/doors

Dave knocked out a few internal walls and doors to create an open living space and re-skimmed walls and ceilings. All the work was done when he said it would be and to the price he quoted. Even when we ran into unexpected electrical problems he helped by bringing in an electrician to overcome them. I would recommend Dave for any work.
