I am disappointed to hear that the customer was not satisfied in this case, when I left the property last year he was very happy with our work. Since then he has corresponded with Checkatrade to point out a fault (not myself) this was simply getting access to the battery’s inside the remote control for his lights. After numerous calls and 3 visits free of charge we rectified this, the customer then found another fault with lamp condensation both of which we worked with the customer and rectified. I feel we went the extra mile on helping this customer as both were manufacturers faults not the quality of our work. This is noted in our excellent feedback for over one year with many returning customers’. I shall of course take on board any comments to improve and continue to provide a good service to all my customers as I have done to date, and prided myself in over 10 years of trading.
