James is always our go to electrician, excellent service, doesn’t leave a trace of mess, professional, great comms, considerate, fair pricing and my Mum loves making him hot drinks! I trust James implicitly.

New Consumer unit and various new lights
James did a great job of the work, was prompt, friendly and very knowledgeable. The quoted price was very competitive and was same on the invoice. Would highly recommend James to anybody.

Replacement of consumer unit and general electrical updating.
James was extremely prompt, efficient and competitive on price. He was quick to respond to my request for a quote and it was sent out the same day after his visit. He was on time to do the work which was very neat. James even did an extra little ceiling light job for me at no extra charge. I am 100% impressed with this chap and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an electrician in the Newbury area. My impression of local tradesmen has not been great as I try to update a 70s house but James has restored my faith. There are still some good ones out there.

New Hive C/heating control, hardwired smoke alarms and a few other odd electrical jobs
James was the only one out of 4 local highly rated, Checkatrade electricians that actually got back to me! Very disappointed with the others who didn’t even return my call! James turned up when he said he would, very reliable. Nice genuine guy. Highly recommended, so much so we have asked James to come back to replace our old consumer unit which is well overdue an upgrade!
