Downstairs cloakroom renovation
Excellent standard of work in all aspects, thorough, attention to detail, stuck to the quote even though there were complications with the layout and furniture, kept me informed throughout, good with suggestions. Everything I wanted. Will definitely be using again.

Take out old and put in new kitchen. Lay new flooring and arrange an electrician and plasterer.
Never stops working whilst on the job. Perfectionist and won’t leave anything he thinks doesn’t look right . Full of ideas to make things better. Left an excellent job that we are very pleased with. Loves his cups of tea !! But works even while drinking them.. His electrician and plasterers were also excellent .and very pleasant to have in the house.

Replacing en suite shower room and updating main bathroom.
Derek is very knowledgeable in his trade. He took time to go through the options available in clear layman's terms. Derek kept me involved through out- the purchasing of items, choosing fixtures and offering cost saving ideas where possible (ie swapping out a non slip shower tray for a normal one with a non slip coating applied). Derek was hardworking, arrived early each day and worked through until that day's work was completed. He is fastidious in his attention to detail which in turn has left a perfect job done! Honest, timely, reliable. Would 100% recommend.

New kitchen fitting and design
Derek fitted a new kitchen for myself and my partner in April earlier this year and I cannot recommend Derek enough ! From start to finish he was incredibly helpful, professional and, most importantly, open and honest. From our initial consult, Derek was incredibly attentive and understanding of what we wanted, while also being honest about what our budget and space allowed for. He kept us informed about timescales and what would happen when, so we felt part of the process and in control. If you are looking for an honest, fair and all-around amazing kitchen fitter, Derek is your guy.

Kitchen Installation
From the moment I met him, to get a quote, I knew that Derek was the man for the job. This was confirmed by a detailed analysis of what would be required, with no stone unturned. This continued with attention to detail when fitting some awkward parts of the kitchen which required skill and patience. He was exceptionally professional in all aspects, from keeping us informed of progress and suggesting improvements, through to tidying up each day. Basically, Derek treated the fitting of our kitchen as if it were his own, meaning that the installation had to be perfect - and it is!
