We are a family run business operating from New Malden and we have been established for over 30 years, during which time we have built up a strong, loyal customer base.

We carry out repairs and servicing to all makes of washing machine, dish washer, tumble dryer, microwave oven and electric oven, giving a 12 months written guarantee on all work completed. We cover a large area ranging from SW London to north east Surrey.

 We offer an efficient, reliable and honest service and endeavour to remain courteous at all times.

Repair of John Lewis dishwasher.
We have been using John for 20 years or so now and wouldn't go anywhere else. Over the years, he has repaired almost every domestic appliance we have and is efficient, courteous and extremely good at his job. Just tried ringing him again to come and repair the washing machine.

Repaired broken dishwasher.
I was quoted the price on the phone for call out and possible cost of replacement part. Mr. Bradly was quick to carry out the work and the cost were exactly as quoted. A very good efficient job.

Mended leaks in washing machine.
Mr Bradly was punctual, friendly and courteous. He identified the two leaks in our elderly washing machine, gave a fair estimate of how much the parts would cost and completed the repair swiftly and effectively. I have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

Replaced programmer on washer/dryer.
Mrs Bradley charming and efficient, setting up an appointment for the next day. Mr. Bradley was punctual, diagnosed fault immediately and fitted new programmer which he had with him. Very satisfied.

Diagnose fault with washer/dryer, replace tumble dryer heating element.
Prompt, reasonable price explained before work commenced. No pressure to go ahead. Had the part in his van so job was completed there and then. Excellent service! Would highly recommend and will definitely use again.

Mended tumble dryer, including replacement of element.
Had to make three visits, but always punctual. Only charged a single fee for the parts needed and the labour for the final visit. I would recommend.

Repair of Siemens Condenser dryer.
I would strongly recommend Domestic Appliance Service. John, who is the engineer and owner was polite, on time and a thoroughly nice chap. The dryer is now in perfect working order and the price fair and as stated. His wife was great at scheduling the repair visit and keeping us informed on the spare part delivery. So nice to find a reliable, local and family run professional business. No dialling some yellow pages, 0800 number and taking pot luck on who a call centre sends out at an exorbitant fee. I'll be using John and his firm in future and recommend him to my friends too.

Repair to door of Hotpoint dishwasher
Mr Bradly called at the time that had been arranged and quickly and efficiently established what was causing the problem with our dishwasher door, and then fixed it, only charging his callout fee as no parts were required. Prior to his visit we were thinking we might have to scrap the machine and replace it. Job well done and we will call him again in future, when needed.
