Job location: SM3Ben came out today as we were having problems with our taps. We eventually had new taps fitted. There was no pressure to do so, but well explained and it seemed the most positive response to the problem. Ben was first class; courteous, helpful, efficient and quick. Thank you10 Radiator install

Firstly, they never completed the job. This company is utterly dreadful. After taking £1100 of my elderly Mother's money not only did they leave her without hot water or central heating for almost a month they also switched her water off without telling her. They never fixed the leak and when we asked them to come back to complete the job they asked for an additional £300. Their staff on the phone are rude, confrontational, dismissive and ill equipped to deal with customers. Poor service - Dyno Plumbing have turned up twice with the wrong toilet and have taken 3 months plus to get the "correct toilet" only to be told at 4pm last friday (when the appointment was 12-3pm) that the contractor is off today! Who is running this ??show? Absolute shambles! Only now when I threaten to not pay for the shambolic work already done do I get told I will refer you to management but you won't get a call today! No ?? sherlock! For the record I wont be paying the invoice! Update - Now tuesday and no call from management! can never speak to anyone of authority either! swerve!Verified reviewerJob location: SL4
