Electrical failure in kitchen sockets.
Good professional approach to problem which gave me confidence in men` s ability to solve it. Work very thorough, each process explained clearly. Checking sockets which had been moved to make sure safely earthed
Brought in by bookcase installation company to ensure that electrical work they had done was safe as a high reading had previously been taken. They checked extensively and made a slight alteration to make the circuit even safer. A comprehensive explanation was given as to the previous anomaly and a safety certificate promptly emailed to me.
