Diagnosis and replacement of faulty boiler parts.
Helpful, courteous as always, Ed made time the same day to come out to see us, identified the problem with the boiler swiftly, gave me a quote, ordered the parts and replaced them as quickly as possible. Reasonable price and swift delivery so we are happy customers.

Service on boiler.
Ed was very professional and turned up exactly on time - was very helpful and gave good advice. Completed the work and even noticed a drain about to become blocked, fixing that (for free!). Would recommend and call again for other issues.

Boiler service and gas inspection.
Brilliant work; he was on time (early in fact!) for the first appointment, but due to my own confusion I forgot to ask him to check the fire as well. He came back, on time again, and checked the fire as well! Also gave advise for a few other issues raised in selling our home, and didn't even try to charge us for things we could do ourselves. Great service from a really pleasant chap.
