The quote and cost of the work were very competitive and the advice we were given was very valuable. The work was carried out on time to a high standard and the overall finish was very good indeed. The installation team were tidy and courteous. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

I was very satisfied with the quality of workmanship. They were extremely reliable and very timely. I have no hesitation in recommending them. The company director Bill, was on site to ensure that work was delivered as contracted. The workman, Tony and his team was truly professional.

Full replacement of all windows and doors with double glazing and composite door.

Bilal and his team have been so easy to deal with start to finish, they delivered what they said they would when they said they would. This includes providing quotes, returning phone calls, specs through to completing the job. There was no god awful sales pitch, just honest figures from the start with no pressure, the quote was also the most competitive. Also, very commendable was the quick turnaround, the flat is a rented flat and the longer it took to complete the work the longer we couldn't get tenants in. From quote to installation was about 3 weeks. All in all we are very happy with the service and would definitely recommend Elegance Windows.
