Replaced broken Runner
My 2 year old garage door was sticking on one side which started to cause more damage to the garage door itself, had 2 "Tradesman" in to quote (both suggested a new door), found Sean on Checkatrade, 2 days later he had changed the faulty runner + cables for less than £100. Door is perfect.

Diagnose stuck garage door
I thought my garage door was dead, and was quite ready to pay to have it replaced. Sean took a close look, diagnosed a roof leak causing the main spring to rust and stick, got it all working again smoothly, recommended (at my request) a colleague to fix the roof leak - and only charged me the minimum call-out fee for the whole lot! I would recommend him to anybody, without hesitation.

Installed automated roller garage door
We are so pleased that we found Empire. Sean provides a great service at a great price. He is so very helpful throughout the process, from choosing a door, through the installation options to the final install.
The install was perfect and the end result is highly impressive.
We had initially tried to buy from a different company Fortunately we then found Empire who did exactly what we wanted, in a friendly supportive manner and had the added bonus of being £600 cheaper for an identical door!!!
