Boiler leak
Sam turned up on time, diagnosed the problem, sourced the required part and fitted it. He was friendly, explained what he was doing and dealt with a couple of other minor issues too.

Boiler repair and service
Our boiler broke down, and Sam was able to quickly diagnose a faulty fan. Fixed it in no time at all at a decent price. I've been using Sam for years and would recommend him to anybody.

Replace two radiators and valves
The service was excellent. He was on time and very efficient. Sam was extremely polite, clear and very informative about the work he was carrying out and why I had been having problems. I would highly recommend him and will certainly be using him for any future plumbing or heating works.

Hive installation
Sam's done lots of work for me over the past few years, including basic servicing, breakdown callouts, thermostat installation and even a complete boiler replacement. He's always on time, his work is top quality and he's a decent bloke too. 100% recommended.

Installing Tado Smart Thermostat
Sam methodically worked through the process of getting a Tado smart thermostat to work with my heating system, which another engineer could not get to function. I was really impressed with Sam's knowledge, commitment to finding a solution to the problem and his quality of work. Would definitely recommend.
