Installed gas fireplace.
Sam was pleasant, prompt and meticulous. He took care to get the work done right and when a part unexpectedly turned out to be faulty in the burner. He helped me acquire a new part for free from the manufacturer. The very same day the part showed up, he returned to finish the install at no further charge. I'd definitely recommend this company.

Central heating boiler replacement and some other small changes.
Sam at Essential Heating is a great guy. He was very clear and helpful when we discussed options for the work. His quote was cheaper than another guy. He did the work exactly when he said he would. He put in extra hours to keep to the schedule, despite unexpected difficulties. He worked well with my other builders. He was able to accommodate my requests for a bit of extra work. The additional cost was very fair. He came back to fix another unexpected issue which arose at very reasonable cost. I have no hesitation in recommending Sam for central heating installation work. He's reliable, flexible, fair in price and a great communicator.

New boiler installation.
Sam's quote was the best, and I really can't fault his work in any way. Sam is an approved Vaillant installer, so is able to give a 7 year warranty on this make which was a massive plus. He comes across as very trustworthy, likeable and genuine and even gave some free professional advice to my neighbour. Book him now.

Fitting gas hob.
I was let down at the last minute by someone I had lined up to install a gas hob in our kitchen. I called up Sam and he was luckily able to squeeze in the job that afternoon. He arrived on time and did the job to a high standard. I would definitely recommend.

Fixing boiler.
Sam was incredibly helpful, efficient and professional. He was reliable and completed the job promptly and without any issues. He went out of his way to ensure all issues were addressed and my boiler was up and running again. I would not hesitate to recommend him to a friend.

Sort out hot water.
What can I say, phoned Essential Heating around 10:00 am and Sam was round before midday. He was gone by 2:00 pm and I had hot water. Job well done! Will recommend Essential Heating all day long.
