A very reliable tradesman! Kevin arrived within the allocated time slot and carried out the work quickly and efficiently, leaving everything tidy and making sure I was happy with the work before he left. Annual service on gas boiler.
I am a regular user of FC Engineers, maintenance and rectification/replacement work has been carried out over many years. On this occasion rectification was required and I have received - approx 3 hours since today's visit - an estimate and advise on what option to take. A very satisfactory service and well recommended.

Replacement radiator and re plumbing all pipe work.
Emergency call out when radiator burst. He was very helpful and friendly on the telephone. He was with us next day with new radiator and job was done in two hours. Very good job done and cleaned up afterwards.

Bathroom taps repaired.
Excellent service repair. The landlord was able to save money by replacing the valve on the tap rather than have to replace the taps.

Fix leak to cold water mains pipe under floor.
Job turned out to be more difficult than I thought. Cold water pipe leaking under floor in a corner that was difficult to get at. Washing machine had to be moved. Despite the awkwardness of the job the work was done in a professional and friendly manner by the engineer.
