Upgrading our store stock room lighting from halogen to led
Steve was fantastic. Easy to organise the work needed. Arrived on time with a smile and worked quickly but made sure everything was in working order and tidy before he left. It was lovely to work with him and would recommend him to anyone. This is the 2nd time he has done work for me and will call him again if I need anything else.

Steve was excellent and rewired our house to a high standard in line with the scope agreed. Steve is very knowledgeable of various wiring systems including from the early 60s and was able to quickly identify key issues with the old wiring. Steve was very open in terms of expected timelines and costs, always on time and always left the site in a clean and tidy condition. We really appreciated Steve’s flexibility in adding various additional items during the rewire project which Steve was always happy to accommodate. Highly recommend Steve for any electrical work and we will use him again!

Complete property electrical review for certification, and install 4 hard-wired/linked smoke alarms
Steve was professional from start to end. He always turned up when he said he would, he provided competitive estimates for all works, and carried out everything he said he would. He kept us fully informed at all stages of what was a fairly large project. Steve was very engaging, and we would have no problem formally recommending him for any electrical work.

Various electrical jobs
Flex are fantastic! Friendly, reliable, efficient, tidy, and very knowledgeable. In late 2024 / early 2025, they (i) decommissioned an obsolete EV charger, (ii) rectified an incorrect SWA (steel wired armoured) supply cable termination (to ensure mains electricity was readied for the installation of a new EV charger), and (iii) replaced a light switch and identified and rectified a cabling fault.
