New boiler
Superb plumber. His quote was better than a couple of other companies, but not just the price it was more the feeling he knew way more about the fitting. He gave several options, explained in detail each one and what each would entail. On the day of fitting he ran into a couple of issues - one being a leaking radiator which he fixed and the other due to a bodge job being done when the previous boiler was fitted in 2001, which meant calling an electrician out and spending 3-4 hours doing repair work. Boiler fitted on time, expertly with no added cost to the original quote - could not get better.
