It would be a pleasure to give a recommendation for this company including their workmanship and for the way they conduct themselves during execution of their work scopes. The company first came to my attention round 8 years ago when they were executing a rather difficult front garden redevelopment contract on the local main road. I was impressed by their ability to accomplish difficult tasks creating the minimum of inconvenience to passers by and traffic. Their work quality was noticeable with considerable attention being paid to the smallest detail; no shortcuts were taken in the name of expediency.
We had, for a long time, given consideration to developing our own patio and invited Fraser to supply a price for the work. We were given a lot of help in refining our plans and in the selection of materials. Fraser declined a cost-cutting suggesting which I made preferring to have a perfect and reliable finished project. His team were at all time totally respectful of our property, polite and remarkably tidy, never leaving the site without tidying-up and providing us with a safe and accessible entrance. They worked long hours to complete the scope in the shortest possible time reducing inconvenience to a minimum. As a result of completing our contract, many of our neighbours have also used their services with great satisfaction whilst we have also extended the original patio, together with Fraser, incorporating additional features to the landscaping of the garden.
In summary, I have no hesitation in stating that Fraser Landscapes are totally reliable, honest and quality conscious in all of their work. Long may they be around.

Re-designing borders, erecting shed, power hosing patio.
This is the third time Fraser has worked on our garden. The first time was to re-lay and repoint a large paved area. The second time was to erect a 25ft fence and the most recent has been to redesign the flowerbeds and to erect an 8 x 8 garden shed. On all 3 occasions he has exceeded my expectations. He is very passionate about his work and takes great pride in what he does. It is rare to recommend tradesmen but I would definitely recommend Fraser without any hesitation.

Jet wash of patio area.
Fraser laid original patio approx 10 years ago. Demolished a wartime shelter and extended patio last year, and incorporated an
out- building. They have now come back to power wash the algae which built-up over the last couple of years and the whole patio is like new. Good quality materials and excellent workmanship. No corners cut nice people.

Levelling of large garden area, removal of excess clay soil and laying new turf.
This is the second time Fraser and his team have done work in my garden, once again I'm extremely pleased with the results. Fraser and his team did a brilliant job levelling out a large raised area of our garden, removing several tonnes of clay soil before adding fresh top soil and new turf. Our new lawn has transformed our garden! Fraser offered great advice before the work started and throughout. He and his team are extremely hard working, tidy and completely trustworthy. I cannot recommend them highly enough and will certainly ask him to return again for any future projects.

New raised sun terrace in back garden and modernising existing patio.
Fraser undertook creating a new sun terrace in our back garden. The job was so lovely that we then asked him to resurface our existing patio with the same Indian sandstone paving slabs. He also put the new patio stones down our 2 side alleyways (previously ugly concrete) and now it looks superb! A great asset to our house. As always, Fraser and his staff worked to a high standard - even coming back to re-site my washing line at my request - huge attention to detail and very much appreciated! The fact Fraser came back to help me with this washing line, proves it is a very personal friendly service his company offers, and not all about the money!
