Installed new hot water tank and renewed surrounding pipework.

They arrived on time and did an excellent neat job. There was no fuss, mess, whistling, asking for cups of tea every 5 minutes. They were polite and pleasant to have around and quietly got on with the job. I would recommend Mr Lavender and his friend Calvin as being very professional.

We found the trader to be a perfectionist. Our bathroom is wonderful, we would thoroughly recommend him, a very honest and true craftsman, the place was hoovered at the end of each day.

Installed completely new central heating system (combi boiler, pipework and radiators).

A job really well done and would highly recommend Glenn. This was just over a weeks work and having met Glenn and having read his feedback did not feel that I needed to take time off work to overlook the job and gave him a key to the house. The change to the pipework was not as straightforward and eventually resulted in Glenn having to dig new channels in the Concrete floor and therefore became more involved. Glenn did not whine about it and just got on with it and also changed the hot and cold water pipes having seen that they were decaying which was beyond the scope of the work. Prompt and provides a professional quote and more importantly a sensible/realistic price. A Top Tradesmen and cannot see how you can go wrong.

Boiler repair, radiator installation, TRVs and programmer installation.

Glenn repaired a boiler, installed a new radiator, replaced a couple of radiators, replaced 8 TRVs and installed a new programmer and did some silicon in the bathrooms. He is an excellent plumber, professional, knowledgeable, polite and hardworking. He gave good advice and charged a very fair price for the work he did. Would not hesitate to recommend him and shall be giving him all my plumbing work from now on.

Two bathrooms, kitchen plumbing and toilet in cloak room.

Glenn did a very good job on our house. He completely refitted our two bathrooms (bath, shower, sink, toilet, tiles on walls), the toilet and sink in our cloakroom, connected our washing machine and tumble drier and connected the gas and water in our kitchen. We found Glenn to be professional and courteous. His work was of a high standard and the end product looked good. We had to ask him to refit some tiles on the wall which were not straight, which he did without complaint. This has been a big project and Glenn's punctuality and reliability. Good quality of his work have been appreciated. He was also reasonably-priced.

Service boiler, move and replace 2 bedroom radiators.

Glynn came round quickly to quote the work. I was very happy with the price and the time scale in which the work was carried out. I was at work when the work was carried out but felt comfortable to give him a key. Apart from the new radiators I could hardly tell he had been, very tidy. I have already asked him to do some more work on my house and have recommended him to a work colleague. I would be more than happy to recommend to anyone else.
